Joshua White, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, brings a strong work ethic and 20+ years of real estate experience to Whitecap Projects. He draws inspiration from the site identification process along with assembling highly skilled teams to design, entitle and build transformative residential projects that are the leading edge in the market. Current projects range from complex land developments in environmentally sensitive coastal areas, to dense multifamily projects that activate the urban core. Each Whitecap project explores the boundaries of authentic modern architecture in its unique context, while strictly adhering to budget, craftsmanship and environmental attunement.
A thought leader in urban infill, density, and planning as well as the development of urban environments, Blair has skillfully blended his real estate heritage with his legal background, an understanding of complex financing structures, and the ability to re-envision real estate development into relevant, timeless designs that create an unparalleled living and working experience.
Josh holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California, a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego, and a BA in Political Science from the University of California at San Diego. He remains a licensed member of the California State Bar.
